Key Drivers:
- * Lead Planning at corporate level for Grade-A Commercial and interior fit-out projects for premium workspace and Fortune 500 tenants, ensuring 100% adherence to international acoustic, MEP, and aesthetic standards
- .Establish & implement Planning & Project management process across the running projects for better monitoring & control in terms of time, cost & quality
- .Manage the complete project lifecycle including mobilization of contractors and project specific statutory compliance requirements
- .Develop project baselines in Microsoft Project & Primavera
- Incumbent Profile:
- Civil Engineer, 15 years in PMO and Digital Construction,specializing in greenfield , brownfield , fit-outs and rich interiors.
- NICMAR exposure preferable.
Proven track record of delivering premium office large-scale projects of global standards Pan India.Team handling potential with execution of projects (more than 1 lac sq. ft) within stipulated SLA.
ANNUAL COMPENSATION: 35LPA
