Full Stack Developer:

On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for a Full Stack Developer for a full-time contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 2-3 days onsite at our client’s Winnipeg, Manitoba office.

Full Stack Developer - Job Description:

Our client is implementing a new policy to support Indigenous students, faculty, and staff by creating a centralized and secure system for document verification. The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for building a custom solution to streamline this process, ensuring confidentiality and efficiency in document submission and verification.

Full Stack Developer - Responsibilities:

• Develop a secure, centralized solution for managing document uploads and verification
• Produce design documentation and secure custom-developed solutions
• Conduct validation and testing, ensuring outputs are accurate and approved by stakeholders
• Create build documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer to operational support teams

Full Stack Developer - Mandatory Skills:

• In-depth experience with React and Angular
• Proficiency in Python, Node.js, and TypeScript
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Familiarity with GitLab for code management and deployment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Full Stack Developer – Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Ellucian Data Connect and Ellucian APIs
• Experience working in a Canadian University
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Full Stack Developer – Assignment Length:

This is a contract position from March 16, 2026, to May 22, 2026.
