On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for an Interaction UI Designer, Web Responsive Platform (Figma) for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.
Interaction UI Designer, Web Responsive Platform (Figma) - Job Description:
The Interaction UI Designer will be working on designing solutions for the Investments Mega Journey, which includes platforms that cater to both bank clients and internal advisors in a web responsive format. The role involves collaborating with a cross-functional team and various stakeholders to define the experience and requirements to meet business objectives and user needs in an agile environment.
Interaction UI Designer, Web Responsive Platform (Figma) - Responsibilities:
- Design solutions for web responsive platforms targeting bank clients and internal advisors
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members and stakeholders to analyze, design, and convey design vision
- Utilize design thinking methods to formulate solutions and facilitate working sessions
- Inform designs and validate hypotheses through testing
- Create designs in various fidelities relative to the project phase to communicate effectively with the team and stakeholders
Interaction UI Designer, Web Responsive Platform (Figma) - Mandatory Skills:
- BA/BS degree in Design, HCI, CS, or related field or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing usable interfaces across multiple channels and platforms
- Strong interaction and visual design skills
- Proficiency in Figma and design systems
- Experience with Confluence and JIRA
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to lead and take projects end-to-end
Interaction UI Designer, Web Responsive Platform (Figma) – Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Research and user testing experience
- Experience working with large design teams and multiple stakeholders
Interaction UI Designer, Web Responsive Platform (Figma) – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position.
