Business Intelligence Developer/Marketing Analytics Developer – Marketing Data (x2)
Location: Toronto, ON
Work Model: Hybrid – 4 days onsite, 1 day remote

About the Role
On behalf of our banking client, Procom is seeking 2 Business Intelligence Developers/Marketing Analytics Developer – Marketing Data to support a growing digital analytics and marketing technology function. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys translating business needs into technical analytics solutions and working closely with stakeholders to improve digital measurement, tagging, and reporting capabilities.
You will play a key role in implementing and maintaining marketing analytics solutions across web properties, helping ensure accurate tracking, reliable data collection, and actionable insights for digital marketing teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for digital analytics implementations
- Partner with marketing and business stakeholders to define KPIs, tagging requirements, and measurement strategies
- Support the implementation and daily operations of the marketing analytics stack
- Develop and maintain implementation documentation, including solution design references and data layer specifications
- Configure and validate analytics tagging through tag management tools
- Work with technology teams to implement analytics solutions and troubleshoot issues related to data layers, integrations, and data feeds
- Ensure high-quality delivery of technical documentation and tagging code
- Stay current with updates across analytics and marketing platforms and apply best practices proactively
- Support QA, testing, and validation activities for analytics implementations
Required Skills and Experience
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with JavaScript
- 2+ years of experience in web analytics implementation
- Experience with analytics tagging implementation
- Strong experience with Google Analytics
- Strong experience with Adobe Analytics
- Experience supporting marketing tagging and digital measurement initiatives
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with tag management tools such as Adobe Launch, DTM, Tealium, or Ensighten
- Understanding of Adobe Analytics processing rules, SAINT classifications, report suite configuration, and data feeds
- Previous experience in banking or financial services
- Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Adobe Target, Medallia DXA, Rakuten, or Facebook analytics integrations
