Job Summary

Proclivity Digitech Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a skilled and performance-focused PPC Specialist for our International Website Process. We are looking for an experienced professional who can create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns to generate quality inbound leads from US, UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada markets for website development, SEO, and digital marketing services.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Google Ads, paid campaign strategy, lead generation, conversion optimization, and ROI management within a fast-paced international BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, Remarketing).
• Generate quality leads for website development, SEO, website redesign, and digital marketing services.
• Target international markets including US, UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada.
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, bid strategy, and audience segmentation.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns for CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, conversions, and ROI.
• Develop high-converting ad copies and collaborate on landing page optimization.
• Manage Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and remarketing tools.
• Track daily lead quality and coordinate with sales teams for campaign improvement.
• Scale campaigns based on performance metrics and business goals.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly PPC performance reports.
• Stay updated on PPC trends, Google Ads updates, and international lead generation strategies.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on PPC / Google Ads experience.
• Proven success in generating international leads from US / UK / AUS / NZ / Canada.
• Expertise in Google Search Ads, Display Ads, YouTube Ads, and Remarketing.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, GTM, conversion tracking, and landing page optimization.
• Experience in website sales, digital marketing, or international BPO campaigns preferred.
• Strong analytical, budget management, and campaign scaling abilities.
• Google Ads Certification preferred.
