As a Territory Sales Manager Retail at Prince Pipes and Fittings Ltd, you will play a crucial role in driving channel sales, managing distributors, and ensuring high-impact market penetration for our products. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Achieving category-wise sales targets for the assigned territory and implementing corrective actions to meet targets and improve performance.
- Strengthening distribution networks through effective use of RREP 1 & RREP 2 models.
- Driving secondary sales by meeting retailers daily and collaborating with distributor sales teams to increase reach and visibility.
- Ensuring timely support, supply of samples & collaterals, and building strong relationships with dealers/distributors.
- Executing brand awareness and promotional activities such as Plumber Meets, In-shop Events, and Dealer/Distributor Meets.
- Tracking competitor activities, pricing strategies, schemes, and market trends to provide insights for product development and new opportunities.
- Maintaining updated dashboards and providing reports as per organizational needs.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Working knowledge of the PVC industry is preferred.
- Proven experience in channel sales and distribution management.
- Strong analytical and market mapping skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Excellent verbal communication and networking skills.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and competitive mindset.
