Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Home Health Aide located in Northern Virginia. Additional duties may involve grocery shopping, companionship, and documenting care progress to ensure the highest standard of client support.
Qualifications
- Experience with Home Care services and Activities of Daily Living support
- Skills in Patient Care and Personal Care, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation
- Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and care team members
- Empathy, patience, and a compassionate approach to caregiving
- Relevant certifications, such as CNA or HHA, are a plus
- Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
