Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Home Health Aide located in Northern Virginia. The Home Health Aide will provide direct assistance with activities of daily living, personal care, and patient care. Responsibilities include assisting clients with tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. Additional duties may involve grocery shopping, companionship, and documenting care progress to ensure the highest standard of client support.

Qualifications

• Experience with Home Care services and Activities of Daily Living support
• Skills in Patient Care and Personal Care, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation
• Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and care team members
• Empathy, patience, and a compassionate approach to caregiving
• Relevant certifications, such as CNA or HHA, are a plus
• Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
