As a Field Sales Manager - Modern Trade at Prestige Pursuits Pvt. Ltd., your role will involve managing and developing modern trade channel strategies in Mumbai. You will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring optimal retail execution. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting 5-6 daily visits to outlets like Dmart and supermarkets

  • Proficiency in Negotiation, Communication, and Presentation

  • Ability to lead field teams and collaborate with cross-functional partners
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Relevant experience in FMCG or related industries is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
