Qualification & Experience

Minimum 8+ years of technical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations ERP system.
Experience with D365 technical development, languages like C# and X++, and related tools like Visual Studio and Azure DevOps.
Experience with integration tools (SOAP, XML, REST APIs).
Experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service bus), and release management tools (Azure DevOps, LCS).
Experience with developing, deploying, customizing, and integrating D365 F&O.
Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and CI/CD.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O is essential, and knowledge of related technologies like the Power Platform, Azure functions, and development methodologies is beneficial.
Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform are often highly desirable
Strong communication skills.
Ability to translate technical terms into non-technical language.
Highly motivated and able to lead and collaborate with both onshore and offshore teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to guide clients through technical challenges
