HR Executive / Recruiter (Fresher – 1 Year Experience)

Role Overview

We are looking for a smart and proactive HR Executive / Recruiter who will primarily focus on hiring and candidate management.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in HR and grow into an HR Manager role over time.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment (Primary Responsibility)

• Post jobs on Indeed, LinkedIn, Internshala
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and team
• Follow up with candidates and manage pipeline

2. Coordination & Communication

• Handle candidate communication (calls, emails, scheduling)
• Ensure smooth interview process
• Maintain candidate database

3. Basic HR Operations (Secondary)

• Assist in onboarding new employees
• Maintain basic employee records
• Support HR documentation

Required Skills

• Good communication skills (spoken & written)
• Basic understanding of hiring / recruitment
• Confident while speaking to candidates
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets

Good to Have

• Internship or experience in HR / recruitment
• Experience hiring for tech roles (bonus)
• Familiarity with job portals (Indeed, LinkedIn)
