Role Overview
We are looking for a smart and proactive HR Executive / Recruiter who will primarily focus on hiring and candidate management.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in HR and grow into an HR Manager role over time.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment (Primary Responsibility)
- Post jobs on Indeed, LinkedIn, Internshala
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and team
- Follow up with candidates and manage pipeline
2. Coordination & Communication
- Handle candidate communication (calls, emails, scheduling)
- Ensure smooth interview process
- Maintain candidate database
3. Basic HR Operations (Secondary)
- Assist in onboarding new employees
- Maintain basic employee records
- Support HR documentation
Required Skills
- Good communication skills (spoken & written)
- Basic understanding of hiring / recruitment
- Confident while speaking to candidates
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets

- Internship or experience in HR / recruitment
