Role Overview:

You will be responsible for supporting the organization in managing contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing legal guidance to business teams. This role requires strong legal knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to efficiently manage multiple legal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• End to end contract management including vetting, negotiating, and executing agreements, especially strategic agreements.
• Regular maintenance and review of all executed agreements with follow-ups for renewal with the business.
• Keeping track of regulatory and legal developments that impact the organization, ensuring implementation of all requirements in the contracts.
• Understanding and analyzing new business initiatives from a legal and regulatory perspective, holding discussions with the business, and providing assistance in the implementation of new initiatives.
• Periodic review and ensuring legal compliance of the company's website.
• Maintaining coordination with all internal departments and liaising with external counsels for regulatory work when required.
• Responsible for maintaining MIS of agreements and ensuring the legal database is up to date.
• Assisting business teams in regulatory reviews of various documents and policies.
• Keeping senior management informed of regulatory, legislative, and best practice changes, along with their obligations and impacts on the Group.

Qualification Required:

• LL.B (mandatory)
• 2-4 years of experience in legal or compliance roles
• Strong experience in contract drafting, vetting, and agreement management
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks applicable to fintech or regulated organizations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
