Job Description
Job Title: Accounts Executive – Hospital Industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally/ERP software
- Handle patient billing reconciliation, receipts, and payment records
- Process vendor invoices, purchase bills, and payment follow-up
- Manage petty cash, bank entries, and cash book records
- Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory data for filing
- Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and outstanding balances
- Assist in monthly closing, MIS reports, and audits
- Maintain records of expenses, purchases, and departmental payments
- Coordinate with billing, admin, purchase, and HR departments
- Ensure accurate documentation as per hospital policies
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
