Job Description

Job Title: Accounts Executive – Hospital Industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally/ERP software
  • Handle patient billing reconciliation, receipts, and payment records
  • Process vendor invoices, purchase bills, and payment follow-up
  • Manage petty cash, bank entries, and cash book records
  • Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory data for filing
  • Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and outstanding balances
  • Assist in monthly closing, MIS reports, and audits
  • Maintain records of expenses, purchases, and departmental payments
  • Coordinate with billing, admin, purchase, and HR departments
  • Ensure accurate documentation as per hospital policies

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
