A Master's degree is preferred. Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in social work, community development, or program coordination. Demonstrated experience in program management, including planning, implementation, and evaluation. Strong understanding of social service delivery systems and community resources. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and networking skills. Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse populations and stakeholders. Experience in case management and client advocacy. Proficiency in data management and reporting. Strong organizational and time management skills.
