Senior Real Estate Investment Analyst

Our client, a prominent real estate investment firm, is actively recruiting a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Real Estate Investment Analyst to join their strategic team in Baltimore, Maryland . This critical role focuses on identifying, evaluating, and underwriting potential real estate investment opportunities across various property types and markets. The Senior Analyst will play a key part in the acquisition and disposition processes, conducting thorough market research, financial modeling, and due diligence to support investment decisions. You will be responsible for developing complex financial models, including discounted cash flow (DCF) analyses, pro forma income statements, and sensitivity analyses, to assess property valuations and potential returns.

Key responsibilities include preparing comprehensive investment memorandums and presentations for the Investment Committee, performing in-depth market analysis to identify trends and opportunities, and coordinating with brokers, legal counsel, and third-party consultants during the due diligence process. You will also assist in portfolio management, performance tracking, and the preparation of regular investor reports. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of real estate finance, valuation methodologies, and capital markets. Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, Argus Enterprise, and presentation software are essential.
