Senior Fleet Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of fleet management principles, including maintenance scheduling, fuel management, route optimization, driver management, and regulatory compliance. You will lead a team of fleet coordinators and mechanics, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing fleet policies and procedures, monitoring fleet performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions. You will also be responsible for managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts for parts and services, and ensuring the overall health and safety of the fleet. A Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, along with a minimum of 8 years of experience in fleet operations management, with a significant portion in a leadership capacity.
