Senior Esthetician & Skincare Specialist

Our client, a premier luxury spa and wellness center, is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Esthetician & Skincare Specialist to join their esteemed team in **Delhi, Delhi, IN**. This on-site role requires a deep passion for skincare, advanced treatment knowledge, and exceptional client care skills. You will be responsible for providing a wide range of advanced facial treatments, skin analysis, and personalized skincare consultations to a VIP clientele. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of various skin types and conditions, and expertise in using state-of-the-art skincare technologies and products. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior estheticians, contributing to treatment protocol development, and ensuring the highest standards of service excellence. Responsibilities include: performing in-depth skin analysis and recommending personalized treatment plans; delivering a variety of advanced facial treatments, including chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and laser therapies (if applicable); educating clients on proper home-care routines and product recommendations; maintaining accurate client records and tracking progress; staying up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in esthetics and skincare technology; mentoring and training junior estheticians; contributing to menu development and service innovation; and ensuring a pristine and welcoming spa environment. A valid esthetician license and certification are mandatory. A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as an esthetician, with a focus on advanced treatments and medical aesthetics, is required. Strong knowledge of cosmeceutical ingredients and product lines is essential. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills are necessary to build strong client relationships.
