As a Senior Cosmetologist and Esthetician, you will perform in-depth skin consultations, design personalized treatment plans, and administer a variety of facial treatments, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and other advanced skincare procedures. Expertise in makeup application for special occasions, hairstyling, and nail care will also be highly valued. You will be responsible for educating clients on product usage and skincare routines, building strong relationships, and ensuring repeat business through exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive skin analyses and recommend appropriate treatments and products. Perform advanced facial treatments, body wraps, exfoliation, and other esthetic services. Provide expert makeup application services for events, weddings, and editorial shoots. Offer professional hairstyling and basic to intermediate nail care services. Educate clients on skincare, beauty techniques, and product benefits. Maintain immaculate treatment rooms and ensure adherence to strict sanitation and sterilization protocols. Build and nurture a loyal client base through outstanding service and personalized attention. Stay current with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product innovations. Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members. Manage inventory of esthetic supplies and recommend reorders. Operate and maintain specialized equipment used in treatments.

Qualifications

Valid cosmetology and esthetician licenses in the state/region. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-end salon or spa environment. Proven expertise in a wide range of esthetic treatments, including facials, peels, and microdermabrasion. Strong knowledge of skincare ingredients, product formulations, and brands. Skilled in bridal and special occasion makeup application. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse clientele. Demonstrated ability to upsell services and retail products effectively. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to client satisfaction.
