Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with donors and stakeholders. Manage the donor database and ensure accurate record-keeping. Develop and oversee donor communication and stewardship strategies. Create marketing and promotional materials to highlight organizational impact. Collaborate with program staff to understand funding needs and showcase achievements. Stay informed about fundraising trends and best practices. Ensure compliance with all relevant ethical and legal standards in fundraising. Qualifications: Proven experience in fundraising and development, preferably within the non-profit sector. Demonstrated success in securing major gifts, grants, and sponsorships. Excellent proposal writing and grant management skills. Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
