Senior Curriculum Developer

Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and revision of comprehensive curricula for various educational programs. Apply instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create engaging and effective learning experiences. Develop learning objectives, course outlines, lesson plans, and assessment strategies. Create high-quality educational content, including lecture materials, case studies, activities, and multimedia resources. Collaborate with faculty and subject matter experts to ensure curriculum accuracy and relevance. Manage the curriculum review and approval process, ensuring alignment with institutional standards. Evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum through student feedback and learning outcomes analysis. Stay current with pedagogical trends, educational technologies, and industry best practices. Mentor and guide junior curriculum developers and instructional designers. Contribute to strategic planning for academic program development. Qualifications: Master's degree or Ph.D. in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in curriculum development and instructional design, with leadership experience. Proven expertise in curriculum design methodologies and adult learning theories. Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and educational technology tools. Strong content development skills, including writing, editing, and multimedia integration. Excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills. Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and motivate a team. Experience in higher education or corporate training environments is preferred.
