Job Description

Our client, a leading healthcare provider in **Delhi, Delhi**, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join their esteemed pediatric department. This is an on-site position requiring a dedicated professional committed to providing exceptional care to children. You will be responsible for diagnosing and treating common childhood illnesses, managing chronic conditions, and providing health education to families. Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and health assessments for infants, children, and adolescents. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic pediatric conditions. Prescribe appropriate medications and therapies, and monitor patient responses. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as X-rays, laboratory tests, and ultrasounds. Provide anticipatory guidance and health counseling to parents/guardians regarding child development, nutrition, safety, and preventive care. Manage patients with chronic illnesses, developing and implementing care plans. Collaborate with pediatricians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care. Educate patients and families on disease prevention, health promotion, and treatment plans. Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations. Stay current with the latest advancements in pediatric medicine and nursing practice.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) with a specialization as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP). Current, unrestricted RN license and PNP certification in the relevant jurisdiction. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a practicing Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills. Excellent knowledge of child development, common pediatric diseases, and their management. Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and empathy skills. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
