Responsibilities

Perform a wide range of advanced facial treatments, including deep cleansing, exfoliation, and hydration therapies. Conduct thorough skin analysis consultations to identify client concerns and recommend personalized treatment plans. Administer specialized treatments such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and LED therapy. Educate clients on proper at-home skincare routines and recommend suitable products. Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary treatment environment in compliance with all health and safety regulations. Keep detailed client records, tracking treatment history, progress, and product recommendations. Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products in the beauty and wellness industry through continuous education. Promote spa services and retail products, aiming to meet and exceed sales targets. Build and maintain strong rapport with clients, fostering loyalty and encouraging repeat bookings. Assist in inventory management for skincare products and supplies. Uphold the spa's standards of excellence in client service and professional conduct. Qualifications:

Certified Master Esthetician or equivalent certification/licensure recognized in Madhya Pradesh. Minimum of 3-5 years of practical experience as a practicing esthetician. Proven expertise in various skincare modalities and technologies. Excellent understanding of skin physiology and conditions. Exceptional client consultation and communication skills. Strong sales and customer service orientation. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as required by the spa's schedule.
