Our client, a premier luxury spa and wellness center, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Lead Esthetician & Spa Consultant to elevate the client experience and drive service excellence. This is a hands-on role where you will not only provide exceptional skincare treatments but also contribute to the strategic development and operational efficiency of the spa. You will be responsible for training and mentoring the esthetics team, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of service, and maintaining an inviting and tranquil atmosphere for all guests. The ideal candidate is passionate about beauty and wellness, possesses advanced technical skills, and has a natural ability to lead and inspire.
Responsibilities
Perform a wide range of advanced esthetic treatments, including facials, peels, microdermabrasion, and advanced skincare technologies. Conduct thorough skin analysis and provide personalized treatment plans and product recommendations. Lead, train, and mentor a team of estheticians, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality services. Develop and implement new treatment protocols and service offerings. Manage spa inventory, including professional and retail products, ensuring optimal stock levels. Monitor client feedback and implement strategies to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Maintain impeccable hygiene and sanitation standards in treatment rooms and spa areas. Stay updated on the latest industry trends, techniques, and product innovations. Contribute to marketing efforts by providing expertise on treatments and products. Manage appointment scheduling and ensure smooth daily operations of the esthetics department.
Qualifications
Certification from a recognized esthetics program. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing esthetician, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role. Expertise in a variety of advanced skincare treatments and technologies. Strong understanding of dermatological principles and ingredients. Excellent client consultation and communication skills. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team. Knowledge of spa operations and retail management. Passion for the beauty and wellness industry and commitment to continuous learning. Proficiency in using spa management software. A professional and polished demeanor, with a focus on providing a luxury client experience. Must be based in or willing to relocate to Pune, Maharashtra, IN , as this role requires in-person presence.
