Lead Esthetician

Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Lead Esthetician to manage their premier beauty and wellness spa in Chandigarh, Chandigarh, IN . This role requires not only exceptional skincare expertise but also strong leadership qualities to guide a team of estheticians and ensure an outstanding client experience. The Lead Esthetician will be responsible for delivering a wide range of advanced facial and body treatments, maintaining high standards of hygiene, and contributing to the overall success of the spa.

Key Responsibilities: Perform a comprehensive range of esthetic treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, waxing, and body treatments, tailored to individual client needs. Conduct detailed skin consultations and recommend appropriate treatment plans and home care regimes. Lead, train, and mentor junior estheticians, ensuring they adhere to service standards and safety protocols. Maintain meticulous client records and track progress of treatments. Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in treatment rooms and spa facilities. Manage inventory of skincare products and treatment supplies, placing orders as needed. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and products in the beauty and wellness industry. Provide exceptional customer service, building rapport and fostering long-term client relationships. Assist in the development and implementation of new services and promotional activities. Handle client inquiries and appointment scheduling efficiently. Contribute to a positive and professional team environment. Uphold the spa's brand image and reputation through exemplary service delivery. Qualifications: Certified Esthetician with a recognized diploma or degree. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Esthetician, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role. Proficiency in a wide array of skincare treatments and product lines. Excellent knowledge of skin anatomy and conditions. Strong consultation and client management skills. Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Commitment to maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards. Knowledge of spa software for booking and client management is a plus. Passion for beauty, wellness, and client satisfaction. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and some evenings.
