Lead Curriculum Developer (Online Education)

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications

Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Design, Instructional Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 6 years of experience in curriculum development and instructional design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role. Demonstrated experience in developing online learning programs for higher education or professional development. Expertise in adult learning theories (andragogy) and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM). Proficiency with learning management systems (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard) and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate). Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
