As a Senior Catering Operations Manager at our renowned hospitality group in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, IN, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of catering operations to ensure exceptional service delivery, maintain high-quality culinary standards, and drive profitability. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and management of all catering events, from intimate gatherings to large-scale functions.
  • Manage day-to-day catering operations, including staffing, inventory control, food and beverage preparation, and service delivery.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency, quality, and consistency across all events.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of catering staff, including chefs, servers, event coordinators, and logistics personnel.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and event requirements, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Develop and manage event budgets, controlling costs and maximizing profitability while maintaining exceptional quality.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations in food handling and service.
  • Source and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers for food, beverages, equipment, and other event necessities.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices in catering and hospitality to continuously improve service offerings.
  • Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to attract new clients and expand the catering business.
  • Manage event logistics, including transportation, setup, teardown, and on-site execution.
  • Resolve any client issues or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in catering management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven experience managing a variety of events, from corporate functions to social celebrations.
  • Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, menu planning, and culinary techniques.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
  • Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, cost control, and financial management.
