Industrial Process Engineer

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Process Engineer to join their manufacturing team in **Dehradun, Uttarakhand, IN**. This role is critical for designing, implementing, and optimizing industrial processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety within the production environment. You will be responsible for analyzing existing processes, identifying bottlenecks, and developing innovative solutions to improve throughput and reduce operational costs. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing lines.

Key responsibilities include conducting process simulations, developing process flow diagrams, and establishing operating parameters for new or modified equipment. You will perform root cause analysis for process deviations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Collaborating with production teams, maintenance personnel, and quality control to ensure seamless integration of processes and adherence to standards is vital. The development and delivery of training programs for operators and technicians on process improvements and best practices will also be a key part of your role.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and Six Sigma methodologies. Experience with CAD software and process simulation tools.
