Curriculum Developer - STEM Education

Our client is looking for an innovative and experienced Curriculum Developer specializing in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) education to join their dedicated team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh . This role is central to designing and refining educational programs that inspire students and prepare them for the challenges and opportunities of the future. You will be responsible for creating engaging, effective, and standards-aligned curriculum materials for various educational levels, ensuring a cohesive and progressive learning experience.

Key responsibilities include: Researching and identifying current trends and best practices in STEM education. Designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive STEM curricula, including lesson plans, activities, assessments, and instructional resources. Ensuring all curriculum content aligns with national and state educational standards. Collaborating with educators, subject matter experts, and instructional designers to create high-quality learning materials. Developing assessment strategies to measure student learning and program effectiveness. Creating hands-on projects and laboratory activities that foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Reviewing and revising existing curriculum to incorporate new pedagogical approaches and technologies. Providing professional development and training to teachers on the implementation of new curricula. Managing curriculum development projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery. Staying abreast of advancements in educational technology and integrating them into curriculum design where appropriate. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in STEM fields coupled with significant experience in curriculum design and development within an educational setting. A Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a relevant STEM field is preferred. Excellent writing, communication, and project management skills are essential. You should have a passion for education and a proven ability to create learning experiences that are both informative and inspiring. Experience with instructional design principles and educational technology tools is a plus.
