Curriculum Developer - STEM Education

We are looking for a creative and dedicated Curriculum Developer specializing in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) education to join our esteemed educational institution. Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and revise curriculum frameworks and lesson plans for STEM subjects, ensuring alignment with national and international educational standards. Create engaging and interactive learning materials, including student textbooks, workbooks, presentations, and digital resources. Develop assessment tools, rubrics, and evaluation strategies to measure student learning outcomes and progress. Incorporate innovative pedagogical approaches and technologies to enhance the learning experience. Collaborate with subject matter experts, teachers, and administrators to ensure curriculum relevance and effectiveness. Conduct research on emerging trends and best practices in STEM education and learning technologies. Provide professional development and training to educators on the effective implementation of the developed curriculum. Review and evaluate existing curriculum materials, identifying areas for improvement and updating content as needed. Manage curriculum development projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget. Facilitate workshops and focus groups to gather feedback from educators, students, and stakeholders on curriculum effectiveness. Ensure that curriculum content is inclusive, equitable, and addresses the diverse needs of learners. Develop guidelines and standards for the creation of supplementary educational materials. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base of educational research and technological advancements relevant to STEM fields. Qualifications:

Master's degree or Ph.D. in Education, STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics), Curriculum and Instruction, or a closely related discipline. Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or teaching within the STEM education sector. Strong understanding of pedagogical principles, learning theories, and curriculum design models. Proven ability to develop engaging and effective learning materials for various age groups and learning environments. Experience with educational technology tools and digital learning platforms. Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills. Strong project management and organizational abilities. Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Knowledge of assessment design and evaluation methods. Passion for improving STEM education and fostering student success.
