Our client, a leading real estate developer and construction firm, is seeking a seasoned and results-oriented Construction Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of exciting new projects in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, IN . This is a critical role responsible for the successful execution of construction projects from conception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing all phases of the construction lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and regulatory bodies, and ensure strict adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and cost estimates. Coordinate and supervise the work of subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other project personnel. Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure adherence to plans. Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and implement cost-control measures. Procure necessary materials and equipment, negotiate with suppliers, and manage vendor relationships. Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders. Resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise on site. Implement and enforce strict health and safety procedures on all construction sites. Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction project management, with a strong understanding of building methods and regulations. Proven ability to manage multiple complex construction projects simultaneously. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and CAD software. Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites. Professional certifications such as PMP or LEED are a plus.
