Job Title: Business Systems Analyst – Source to Pay (S2P)
Location: Greater Toronto Area, ON
Contract: 1 Year
Role Summary
The Business Systems Analyst – Source to Pay (S2P) supports end‑to‑end procurement and accounts payable processes across SAP ERP and integrated enterprise systems. This role partners with Procurement, Finance, AP, and IT teams to ensure process design, system behavior, and integrations align with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as functional SME for the full S2P lifecycle: sourcing, requisitions, POs, receiving, invoicing, and payments
- Analyze and support integrations between SAP ERP and systems such as Ariba, Fiori, supplier management, AP automation, and payment platforms
- Gather and document business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications
- Support defect triage, root cause analysis, testing, and release readiness
- Ensure end‑to‑end process integrity across systems and data flows
- Support user training, documentation, and change management
Must Haves
- Strong understanding of end‑to‑end Source to Pay processes
- Experience working with SAP ERP in procurement and AP contexts
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional documentation
- Ability to work across complex, integrated enterprise environments
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
