Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, Soil Science, or a related agricultural field. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in practical agronomy or crop production management. Strong knowledge of plant physiology, soil science, and pest/disease management. Experience with precision agriculture technologies and data analysis is essential. Familiarity with different crop types and their specific cultivation requirements. Excellent observational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and navigate agricultural fields.
