About the Role

Pinkvilla is looking for a dynamic, camera-friendly Anchor & Producer to lead content creation for our Lifestyle YouTube channel. This role is ideal for someone who loves storytelling, is passionate about lifestyle trends, and can seamlessly manage both on-camera presentation and behind-the-scenes production.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital content, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create engaging videos across beauty, fashion, wellness, relationships, food, travel, and pop culture.

Key Responsibilities

As an Anchor

Host engaging and informative videos for Pinkvilla's Lifestyle YouTube channel.
Present scripted and unscripted content with confidence and authenticity.
Conduct interviews with celebrities, experts, influencers, and industry professionals.
Build a relatable on-screen personality that resonates with digital audiences.
Stay updated on lifestyle trends and translate them into compelling video content.

As a Producer

Pitch original video concepts aligned with the channel's content strategy.
Research topics and develop scripts, interview questionnaires, and episode outlines.
Plan and coordinate shoots with internal teams and external talent.
Work closely with editors to ensure videos are engaging, accurate, and optimized for YouTube.
Oversee content from ideation to publishing while maintaining quality and deadlines.
Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on analytics.

Requirements

3–6 years of experience in digital video production, content creation, or lifestyle media.
Prior experience as an on-camera host or anchor for digital platforms.
Strong command of spoken and written English (Hindi is a plus).
Excellent interviewing, storytelling, and communication skills.
Deep understanding of YouTube content formats and audience behavior.
Knowledge of beauty, fashion, wellness, food, travel, and entertainment trends.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
