1+ Years

🎓 Qualification

• B.E. / B.Tech
• MCA
• (Freshers with excellent communication & technical skills may also apply)
• ✅ Required Skills
• Excellent English Communication (Written & Spoken) – Mandatory
• Strong Technical Knowledge
• Basic understanding of Web Technologies (WordPress, PHP, Hosting, Domains, APIs is a plus)
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Customer-first attitude
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment

• Provide technical support via Email, Live Chat, and Support Tickets.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Coordinate with the development team for complex technical problems.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and response quality.
• Create and update support documentation when required.
