Job Description

As an Account Manager, your role involves developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. You will be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers through various communication channels. Your responsibilities include:

  • Helping customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share, and in-person meetings
  • Developing a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
  • Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Communicating progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Forecasting and tracking key account metrics
  • Keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
  • Working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and develop existing client relationships
  • Liaising between the customer and internal teams
  • Onboarding resources for client projects

Qualifications required for this role include:

  • Proven account management or relevant experience
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence at all levels of the organization
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Understanding of Managed services & Fixed price projects in IT services
  • Knowledge of project delivery, contracts, and working with UK clients
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field or equivalent work experience
  • Deep digital understanding
  • Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a results-driven environment
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Understanding of mobile app development, website development, marketing, measurement & analytics, content management, and internet technology
  • Strong time and project management skills with a focus on process improvement
  • Keen attention to detail, adherence to deadlines, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and help desk support software
