We’re hiring a Brand Strategist at The Phoenix.

At The Phoenix, brand strategy is both perspective and partnership. We’re looking for a Brand Strategist who can translate audience insight into clear direction and help carry the work from concept to completion — on track, on brand and on time.

This role calls for someone who can turn research and insight into strong recommendations, contribute confidently in client-facing conversations and bring the project management discipline needed to move work forward with consistency and care. It is a strong fit for someone who values ownership, pays attention to detail and knows how to balance strategic thinking with thoughtful execution.

It also requires strong creative judgment. The right candidate can assess whether creative work is aligned with strategy and brand standards, identify when execution falls short and provide clear, actionable feedback that strengthens the final work product.
