  • Plan and implement social media marketing strategies on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more.
  • Create, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns to drive leads, engagement, and brand visibility.
  • Handle end-to-end campaign management including planning, targeting, performance tracking, and result improvement.
  • Focus on organic social media growth through content planning, post scheduling, and audience interaction.
  • Generate creative ideas for posts, reels, ads, and campaigns that align with the brand's voice.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure consistency in brand representation.
  • Monitor campaign performance using tools like Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Analyze key metrics such as clicks, cost, and conversions to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and others for generating ideas, ad copy, and campaign planning.
  • Stay updated on new trends, ad formats, and platform changes to keep campaigns fresh and impactful.
  • *Qualifications Required:**
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in a fast-paced or agency environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Analytics Tools.
  • Strong understanding of campaign performance metrics, data analysis, and lead management.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
  • Creative, analytical, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • *Preferred Skills (Good to Have):**
  • Experience in B2B marketing and growth-driven strategies.
  • Familiarity with content design tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
