Customer Service and Warehouse Positions

Role Overview:

As a Customer Service and Warehouse Associate at Pepperfry, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. Your primary role will involve greeting customers, assisting them with their purchases, operating billing counters, restocking shelves, and addressing customer queries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them in locating products and completing purchases
• Operate billing counters and handle cash and card transactions accurately
• Restock shelves, maintain product displays, and check expiry dates
• Support daily store opening, closing, and inventory count procedures
• Address customer queries and escalate complaints to supervisors as needed

Qualifications Required:

• 10th / 12th pass or graduate in any field
• Freshers welcome; prior retail or cashier experience is an advantage
• Good customer interaction skills and basic arithmetic ability
• Willing to work in rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays
