To thrive in this role, you should have 13 years of experience in brand, retail, or marketing, preferably in lifestyle, home decor, or craft sectors. A genuine appreciation for Indian art, craft, and cultural heritage is essential, along with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment where taking ownership is crucial. Having a keen eye for detail and the ability to identify and rectify aesthetic imperfections will be advantageous.

Ideally, you should possess a background in Fashion Business Management, Fashion Communication, Brand Management, Retail Management, Visual Merchandising, Design Management, or a related field. Strong communication and customer-handling skills are valuable, as well as basic content creation, photography, and reels skills.
