We’re currently hiring a Recruiter to join our Hagerstown branch, supporting clients across multiple industries while guiding candidates through every step of their employment journey. About the Role
The Recruiter plays a critical role in PeopleShare’s success by identifying, engaging, and matching talent with the right opportunities. You’ll manage the full recruiting lifecycle while partnering closely with candidates, clients, and internal teams to ensure strong placements and successful assignments.
What You’ll Do
- Source, interview, and evaluate candidates for temporary and direct‑hire positions across multiple industries
- Manage end‑to‑end hiring processes including interview prep, orientations, onboarding, and pre‑employment compliance
- Maintain accurate candidate, client, payroll, and assignment records within PeopleShare’s systems
- Support and manage associates on assignment, including coaching, performance support, and staffing issue resolution
- Partner with clients by marketing talent, providing updates, and gaining a strong understanding of job requirements
Requirments
- Background in recruiting, staffing, sales, or service‑driven environments (recruiting experience a plus)
- Proven ability to work toward KPIs and performance goals in a fast‑paced office setting
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook and Word; CRM or ATS experience preferred
- Positive, adaptable mindset with the ability to build trust quickly with candidates and clients
