Business Developer & P&L Manager – Aerospace Digital Services & Engineering

Job Purpose: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead both business development and P&L responsibilities within our Aerospace and engineering vertical. The ideal candidate will combine strong client relationships and sales acumen with operational and financial oversight to grow strategic accounts, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive sustainable profitability in consulting and digital service offerings. Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Account Growth
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with aerospace OEMs, suppliers, and related industry players.
- Expand existing client relationships by understanding business needs and proposing tailored digital solutions (software/data engineering, systems integration, AI, cloud, PLM, etc.).
- Lead bid responses, RFPs, and contract negotiations in collaboration with technical and delivery teams.
- Represent the company at industry forums, trade shows, and client workshops to enhance visibility and influence.
- Build strategic partnerships and alliances to strengthen service portfolio and market reach. P&L Ownership & Delivery Oversight
- Own the P&L for assigned accounts or business unit, ensuring revenue targets, gross margin, and profitability
