Talent Acquisition Specialist - Internal Hiring

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist focusing on internal hiring at our company located in Kirti Nagar, West Delhi, your role involves handling end-to-end internal recruitment for various levels including Recruiters, Senior Recruiters, Team Leaders, Managers, and Leadership positions. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing potential candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.
• Conducting market mapping and talent research to identify top recruitment professionals.
• Headhunting passive candidates particularly for niche and leadership roles.
• Screening, assessing, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
• Building and maintaining a strong internal talent pipeline to facilitate future hiring needs.
• Managing candidate engagement to ensure a positive and seamless hiring experience.

To excel in this role, you are required to have:

• 2-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Internal Hiring preferably within a staffing or recruitment consultancy.
• Proven experience in hiring recruitment professionals and leadership profiles.
• Strong expertise in market mapping techniques and headhunting methodologies.
• Proficiency in utilizing LinkedIn for candidate sourcing and familiarity with various job portals.
• Excellent communication skills coupled with effective stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Additionally, having experience working in a recruitment agency or staffing firm, along with exposure to leadership and strategic hiring, would be considered advantageous for this position.
