Job Title: Team Lead Recruitment

Location : Hyderabad.

Shift Hours : Day Shift (9.30 AM – 6.30 PM) Monday to Friday,

Saturday (8:30 AM – 1:30 PM)

Duration : Full Time/ Permanent

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of IT recruiters, ensuring recruitment goals are met.
• Develop and execute C2H / FTE hiring strategies tailored to the IT industry.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.

Additionally Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a Team Lead or Senior IT Recruiter, specifically in C2H/FTE hiring.
• In-depth knowledge of the telecom industry and its talent needs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in recruitment software and tools
