💼 About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Learning & Development Trainer – Recruitment to design and deliver impactful training programs for recruitment teams. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and a strong interest in developing talent through structured learning interventions.

This role is ideal for recruitment professionals looking to transition into a full-time L&D career. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging training sessions for new hires on the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
• Deliver modules on sourcing strategies, screening techniques, and interview coordination
• Design and develop training materials including presentations, assessments, manuals, and e-learning content
• Facilitate mock interviews, role-plays, and real-time recruitment simulations
• Evaluate trainee performance and provide continuous coaching and constructive feedback
• Keep up to date with the latest recruitment trends, tools, and job portals
• Maintain training reports, attendance records, and MIS dashboards
• Collaborate with recruitment leaders to identify skill gaps and training needs

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of IT and Non-IT recruitment processes
• Proven experience in sourcing, screening, and candidate management
• Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed
• Hands-on experience with Boolean search techniques
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
• Ability to engage and motivate learners across different experience levels
