- Familiarity with Cloud-Native concepts, particularly GCP
- Skilled in Incident Management, preferably using ServiceNow
- Experience with Monitoring/Observability tools like Splunk Observability, Synthetics, and Open Telemetry
- Ability to diagnose technical issues related to AI software and services
- Previous experience in supporting production cloud infrastructure at scale
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication of complex technical issues
- Motivated, proactive, and adaptable to uncertain requirements
- Capable of supporting multiple on-call time zones
Non-mandatory, but advantageous, requirements include:
- Experience with GCP, Kubernetes, Unix/Linux networking, and operating systems
- Proficiency in programming with Python or DevOps practices
- Familiarity with writing Infrastructure as Code using tools like Terraform
