To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and experiences:
- Proven experience in the technology sector
- Knowledge and experience with cloud-based data pipelines, particularly Azure data transport and data cleaning
- Automation and optimization of data engineering pipelines
- Deployment of real-time analytics for large datasets and application of data engineering in cybersecurity
- Expertise in Google Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles for large-scale cloud infrastructure
- Broad understanding of Azure services such as Identity, Networking, Compute, Storage, Web, Containers, Databases, and PowerBI
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code and automation tools like Terraform, Chef, Ansible, CloudFormation, and ARM
- Familiarity with streaming platforms like Azure Event Hubs, Kafka, Spark streaming, and stream processing
- Bonus points for experience with cloud-based SIEM and SOAR technologies, as well as Azure and Databricks certifications
