As a Cloud Engineer 3, your role involves designing, building, and operating shared cloud platform infrastructure to support product engineering teams in deploying software reliably and securely. - Partner with product engineering teams to deliver scalable deployment workflows on a shared Kubernetes-based cloud platform
- Evaluate emerging cloud technologies through proof of concepts and contribute to platform roadmap decisions
- Design and operate GitOps-based continuous delivery pipelines using GitHub Actions for deployment quality and security
- Define and document best practices for platform deployment, infrastructure provisioning, and operational procedures
- Drive adoption of platform capabilities and operational processes across engineering teams
- Establish engineering standards related to platform reliability, security, cost optimization, observability, and compliance
- Act as an escalation point for complex platform issues and provide technical guidance to team members
- Mentor, coach, train, and provide feedback to other team members

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in platform engineering, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or related technical field
- Demonstrated experience with Kubernetes in a production environment
- Experience with GitOps-based continuous delivery workflows using GitHub Actions
- Strong communication, collaboration, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage projects independently
