Job Title: Senior Sales Manager – Audio Visual (AV)

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive direct sales initiatives to acquire new customers and achieve significant revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by understanding client needs and delivering tailored AV solutions.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities and high-value prospects.
  • Deliver impactful product presentations and customized demonstrations.
  • Ensure timely payment collections through consistent follow-ups.
  • Manage sales operations across Maharashtra with regular travel requirements.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize sales funnel performance to guide strategic decisions.
  • Address customer concerns promptly to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
  • Mentor and support junior sales team members when required.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in Audio Visual (AV), Integration, or Design Sales Management.
  • Proven track record in handling regional or multi-state sales.
  • Strong understanding of solution selling, sales strategy, and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Hands-on experience in executing AV projects.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and pipeline management.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Self-driven with the ability to make data-backed decisions.
