Job Description

As a Sales Manager at our company, you will be responsible for leading our cloud and engineering solutions portfolio. You should be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a successful track record in complex solution sales. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Driving revenue growth through Cloud Product Sales and engineering solutions
  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to expand market presence
  • Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team of 510 sales professionals
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Making critical business decisions aligned with organizational goals
  • Identifying new business opportunities in CAD and simulation domains

In addition to the above responsibilities, you will actively participate in Boot Camps and Sales Meets arranged by the Parent Company.

Key Requirements for this role include:

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in sales, preferably in cloud, CAD, or simulation products
  • Demonstrated success in team leadership and revenue generation
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven experience in CAD and Simulation Product Sales (mandatory)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Willingness to be based in Pune

Our product portfolio includes CAD/CAM/CAE- 3D Design Softwares- Desktop & Cloud Solutions.
