Event Coordinator - Brand Ambassador

Compensation: $42,000-$50,000

About the Role

The Event Coordinator will support the Marketing team by assisting with the planning, execution, and evaluation of events throughout the year. This role is responsible for coordinating logistics across trade shows, consumer events, in-store demos, and trainings in collaboration with partner retailers, brands, and internal teams.

The Event Coordinator will manage the annual event calendar, coordinate sample orders and shipments with the warehouse team, support brand and industry trainings for internal and external audiences within the sports and natural wellness industry and ensure all event assets are organized and executed to maintain a strong and consistent company image.

This role will also support post-event reporting by tracking leads, engagement, and sales performance at stores where demos and trainings are held, helping identify opportunities for future improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate logistics for in-person events, including shipping, setup, booth materials, and scheduling
• Manage event-related tasks such as vendor coordination, timelines, and onsite support
• Maintain and update annual event calendars, checklists, and budgets
• Coordinate product sampling orders and shipments in collaboration with the warehouse team
• Support and deliver product, brand, or industry trainings to internal teams and external partners
• Capture and track event engagement, leads, and follow-up actions
• Contribute to post-event reporting, feedback collection, and performance analysis
• Ensure all trade show, demo, and consumer event assets are organized and presented to uphold company standards and brand image.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience coordinating trade shows, brand ambassador programs, or product sampling events.
• Experience in wellness, natural products, or sports nutrition industries is preferred or interest in developing in this industry.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and excellent time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
