Role Overview:

You are required to be a strong B2B Inside Sales Product Sales professional with a proven track record in SaaS or services-led B2B environments. Your responsibilities will include lead generation, qualification, campaign-driven follow-ups, pipeline management, and supporting deal closures using structured inside sales processes and CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and execute inside sales strategies in alignment with business goals.
  • Identify and qualify prospective clients through calls, emails, and campaigns.
  • Manage sales pipelines and track opportunities using CRM tools.
  • Execute active follow-ups on campaigns, leads, and prospects.
  • Analyze market and sales data to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Research competitors, pricing, and product positioning.
  • Coordinate with Marketing and Product teams to ensure brand consistency and sales effectiveness.
  • Use customer feedback to suggest improvements in engagement and offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with sales, finance, and legal policies.
  • Support deal closures and contribute to revenue growth targets.

Qualification Required:

  • Bachelors degree in BA, B.Com, BBM, or BBA.
  • 6 years of experience in Inside Sales for B2B Services/SaaS roles.
  • Proven experience in B2B Product Sales including lead generation, qualification, client follow-ups, opportunity and pipeline management.
  • Strong exposure to campaign management and inside sales motions, email, calls, CRM-driven outreach.
  • Ability to identify prospects, manage pipelines, and support deal closures.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce or any CRM tool, online resource management, and data mining.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS companies preferred.
  • Exposure to sales strategy preparation, pipeline planning, target tracking, market research, competitor analysis, pricing evaluation, and sales data analysis.
  • Ability to use customer feedback to improve engagement features or sales approach.
  • Prior experience in Technology, SaaS, Logistics, Transportation, or Shipping-related products. Role Overview:
